Rare cat!??

Could somebody please explain this cat to me.  I keep feeling as far as I can reach, but I can't feel another head on top of mine.  Is this normal or am I?

    That's the elusive Himalayan Doppelkopf.

    The little head is actually the driver. He sits inside the big one and moves it around.
